As the director of the Hussian Library, David Patselas believes strongly in providing information access and promoting information literacy for the Hussian community. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in 2004. After working in the retail and marketing fields, he earned his Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Drexel University in 2013. He loves to share his passion for libraries and education with students and faculty alike. His door is always open to anybody seeking resources for artistic inspiration or academic assistance. As an English teacher, David emphasizes technical skills in academic writing and reading comprehension. He believes in viewing language as art, and that understanding the basics leads to the mastery of both.
